ANYTHING BUT WRTING MANNNNN IM SO DONE WITH THISSSSSSSSSS ok so if yk me irl then you know that ive beeen struggling eith writing cuz FUCK MAN i find writing super boring! so what ive been doing instead was everything other then writing like the sprites, redoing gui, animatics anything... but like i gotta finish all that writing soon im so tired GRRRR STUPID AHH GAME SO YEAH... thats currently where im at plus ive just been busy in life so... yeah not much dev has been happening

Currently writing the scipt again per usual BUT LIKE IM SOOOOOO BORED OF ITTTTTT like ive said before i dont really like wrting but like fuckkkkkk i dont have any motivation to like write but i also wanna code alot but i cant do that if i dont have any story to code yet so liike theres nothing i can do yet but its not like i wanna do art for it rn either so like its kinda fucked imo BUT ALSO ITS OUR SEM BREAK WHICH GIVES ME TIME TO DO IT BUT IM ALSO NOT DOING ANYTHING WITH IT so with that ive decided to give myself a deadline of sorts which is finish the common route minimum before sem break ends which would be on november 2 which tehnically shouldent be too hard since im on the questions part os the game show now which is like the longest part but eh shouldent be too hard i think but it also just means alot of character dialogue between characters whihc technically isnt hard since its just me talking to me but still idk it just seems kinda boring in a way its just a bunch of point and click so im thinking of like adding some animations maybe in the middle or in the intermissions just so theres more to it BUT ANYWAYYYYYYY

OG bug dates has 6 questions asked in the gameshow part but im thinking off making it like 10 instead so like you get to know the characters more kinda like 21 questions so that you dont just imediately jump into deepish questions it kinda has some build up idk cuz it miht make the runtime longer but yeah TLDR GIVING MYSELF A DEADLINE AND MAYBE ADDING MORE QUESTIONS AND IM IN PAIN I DONT WANNA WRITE

WHY ARE MAKING MULTIPLE ENDINGS CONFUSING HELLO??? i thought itd be easy i was sorely mistaken and now im currently reading through forums cuz wtf is coding bro WAT IS THIS SHIT very intresting but still im trying to get all of the like hard technical stuff done first so that when i put the story and the characters and all the aestetics itd be easy.... hopefully anyway im going back to hell currently reading up on "A Quick Primer on Variables in Ren’Py" by Feniks tho cuz the videos ive been watching kinda confuse the fuck out of me so yk well see how that goes

i was too dumb to figure it out... i ended up aasking the old bug dates coder about how they did the ending stuff... and you may be asking "oh but why not just ask them in the first place"- I GHOSTED MAJORITY OF THE PEOPLE I WORKED WITH DUE TO ME BEING A DUMB CHILD THAT DIDNT KNOW HOW TO WORK WITH ADULTS

a pretty good amount of progress today i figured out how to get sprites to move i have myth a sideimmage i did a background and sprites added more dialogue and also added choices also did some edits on ui and the game page etc. etc. pretty happy with ot so far and i might write more script later if i feel like it but also on another note ITS ALREADY LIKE PRETTY LONG AND THAT SURPRISES ME ALOT AND IM VERY HAPPY ABOUT THAT REGARDESS!!

starting on the revamped ver. got the main menu and other menus pretty damn good also links to the old playlits as well which is cool and started to also rewrite the start for it as well tho tbh i dont think im gonna do alot of art for it rn like character wise but who knows i might but eh also thinking of just using the same music since i like it anyways.

also to anyone looking at the code its janked as fuck to be honest with you cuz its a bunch of randome code plus the code from the old game and shit so like yeah janky as fuckkkkkk

for the art tho i do think im gonna do all the coding and writing first before i do anything (maybe... feautre devlog might fuck me over but oh well) might do sketches or backgrounds at least but yeah
